That the Council: Confirms the agenda with the following alterations: i) That Items 11 – Amenity Requests and 12 – Completion of Annual Plan 2026/27 Deliberations and Decision making (from the 27 May 2026 meeting) be taken after Item 5 – Declaration of Interests. ii) Notes that the meeting will move into non-public at 10.30 am and that Item C4 – Recruitment Update will be considered at that time due to the availability of external attendees. iii) That the meeting would resume in public at 1.00 pm with Public Forum being the first item taken and then then continue at Item 6 – Confirmation of Minutes
